This local contractor is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time, long term position. You will be responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, scheduling, tracking, billing, and answering the phones. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have previous Administrative Assistant experience, must know QuickBooks, must be highly organized and efficient, must have an articulate phone presence, and must be dependable.
