A business service company is seeking an Administrative for a full-time opportunity.  You will be on the phone 90% of the day, either talking with customers, or making outbound prospecting and recruiting calls.  In addition, heavy data entry, typing in MS Word and Outlook, and navigating in Excel are also required.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Qualified candidates must have strong business communication experience, must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and have accurate data entry skills, must have excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and multi-tasking skills, must have an articulate and professional phone presence and image. This company has a great benefit package upon permanent hire.
