Administrative Assistant
Job Description
A business service company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time opportunity. You will perform customer service, answer phones, enter data into computer system, and handle documents. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have previous administrative experience, must have accurate typing and data entry skills, must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Word, must have an enthusiastic phone voice, must have strong customer service and organizational skills, and must have the desire to grow with the company. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
