A small collection company is seeking a self-motivated Accounting Administrator an immediate, full-time opportunity. You will answer and direct all calls, assist with accounting functions, payables, receivables, postings, closings, scheduling and updates, title and documentation, special projects, and other administrative duties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have prior accounting and administrative experience, must be computer literate, must have accurate data entry skills, must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and must be trustworthy and dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered. Any candidate that has GP experience is a plus.
